Introducing January features for Microsoft Flow

The new Word Online connector lets you generate Word files from templates and create PDF versions of documents

If you have a flow that you want other people in your organization to copy, there is a new Send a copy feature. Just select your flow, and select Send a copy from the More (...) menu. Once you have sent it, your colleagues can create the flow from their email, or from the new Shared with me tab inside the Templates page. Pick a flow to share

Site owners can now configure approval processes for all updates to SharePoint pages. In addition to the standard publishing process for a site, once an update is made, a customizable approval flow will run. The pages in Microsoft Flow, including the list of flows, now support filtering to find items. If you have many flows, it's now easier to find the right one with the filter box at the top-right of the My flows list. Browse your flows

We have made some recent investments into our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) capabilities by adding support for HTTP and Custom Connectors. All types of data that flows use can now be included in policies. These new policies can be created or modified using PowerShell or the Power platform admin connector. Read more
